Good things come in small packages... if this project can actually deliver before Christmas, we'll take it. In just under 600' square, this house packs 3x the automation per square foot of any of our projects.... and on the surface reveals almost none of it. With a concerted effort of the architect, woodworker, owner, and Chamberlux, we were able to conceal everything but the face of the TV and a single keypad in each (corner of) the room which makes up this tiny home away from home. It features full lighting controls, climate control, automation of the motorized blinds, Streaming HD TV and Sonos music through Nakymatone Invisible speakers and concealed subwoofer, custom surveillance (which has allows us to keep track of the remote project's progress and is highly advised for any such build out), and a convenient Video Doorbell and Access control system for guest management. The entire home is remotely manageable and monitored in real time for convenience, security, and a simple piece of mind.
