IN planning for this project, we brought the developers to a showroom tour in LA to educate and select from many of the options available to designers to complete a Smart Home system of this caliber. The property features a complete Crestron Home OS solution, enhanced by Josh AI Voice Control,  Crestron Lighting Control with motion sensing & scheduling on all floors, Automated/motorized shades, 2n Video Intercoms and Access Control, Custom Surveillance, Sonos & Crestron music distribution through extremely discrete and thoroughly listenable James Small Aperture Loudspeakers, and of course a fiber optic backbone & Cat6 network to keep it all reliable and blazing fast for years to come.
